Questions men ask
before they begin.
What happens in the work?+
You will be asked to participate honestly: to speak, listen, examine your patterns, and make clear commitments. The exact format depends on the pathway.
Is this therapy?+
No. KingsWork is facilitated transformational practice and does not replace mental-health care. If clinical support is what you need, we encourage you to seek a qualified professional.
Will what I share remain private?+
Confidentiality is a foundational agreement of the work. Specific terms are made clear before every experience begins.
What is expected of me?+
Presence, honesty, personal responsibility, and respect for every other man in the room. You do not need to arrive certain. You do need to arrive willing.
Is the work always serious?+
The work is rigorous, but it is not relentlessly serious. There is room for humor, warmth, joy, and being fully human.
